Power of attorney for Russia

The reasons for registering a power of attorney in the UAE for Russia may be different. But obtaining the document will not be an easy task, as it requires a special attitude and compliance with the legislative norms of the two countries.

An applicant obtaining a power of attorney needs to think through and carry out several steps:

• Find a reliable agent who knows the nuances of executing a power of attorney for Russia
• Draw up a text containing all the data, including information about the principal, the authorized person and information about the objects for which the power of attorney is granted
• Specify the specific powers granted to another person, their term of validity, the country of representation (Russia), etc.
